I have fond memories of working with pedro in 1977 and 78, my first job after leaving school, I went to work in the maid of sker, near porthcawl as a commis chef. I learned a lot from pedro, he was the master, having worked in the top hotels like claridges in London, but more than that, I loved all his little sayings...and his sense of humour...his distinctive beard....his hillman hunter. .....an all round good guy
